Neil Young’s “Dreamin’ Man” Live Set Coming

For those that didn’t get their fill with the Archives Volume One, Neil Young has announced plans to release a live recording of 1992’s Harvest Moon album. Dreamin’ Man, due on Nov. 2, pulls together a series of solo acoustic performances the singer-songwriter did at the time of its release.
Mysteriously, the new release comes labeled as Neil Young Archive Performance Series #12, jumping far ahead of his other concert recordings in the Archive Performance Series, which include Volume #00 - Sugar Mountain - Live at Canterbury House 1968; Volume #01 - Live at the Riverboat 1969; Volume #02 - Live at the Fillmore East and Volume #03 - Live at Massey Hall 1971.
Meanwhile, “Neil Young Trunk Show," a documentary of his 2007 concert in Philadelphia directed by Jonathan Demme, is set to premier later this month at the Toronto Film Festival.
Young was named The Recording Academy’s 2010 MusiCares Person of the Year in August and will be honored at a charity gala on Jan. 29, two days before the Grammy Awards.
