Composite Electrics - The Blade
There is currently a single carbon fiber electric model available called The Blade and it is priced very competitively at $799. The guitar weighs just a smidge under 6 pounds or 2.7kg for those of us in metric land and features a pair of Seymour Duncan humbuckers, an SH-1 or ’59 model in the neck and an SH-4 or JB model in the bridge position. This is a classic combination of Seymour Duncan’s deigned to give the guitar tonal versatility. In fact Composite Electrics say that “...from heavy metal to blues, rock to country, the guitar will go wherever you want to take it.”
